Thats true. We should always follow the Spirit instead of what we think people would want.

My initial question was in response to someone accusing programs as hindering the move of the Spirit...but I sense the Spirit saying that that CAN be just a blaming excuse for our own limiting of God's moving in us...it can be a double edged sword...

If programs are eliminated who will be stepping up with and in the Spirit? As we submit ourselves to HIM and truly follow HIM we will find which edge is the problem...that the programs are in place by man to prevent His moving or in place to fill the void where the body of believers won't fill WITH His moving....

So it can be the problem and it can be the human effort to fix a problem...

I have been to some churches where the Pastor dismissed the service, but a few of us still hung around, sensing that the Holy Spirit wanted to do something else. I have seen demons cast out, people baptised in the Holy Spirit, and healed AFTER the regular service was over. Sometimes the Lord just cannot move because of too much unbelief present.
