Well...This is the first post of the new thread for the New Year.

We are so thankful for each of you. For the things that we have learned, the ways that we have grown and the Friends that we have made.. It is priceless.

I am believing that we are going to see great things this year. We will see healings and deliverances, growth and deeper friendships. We will be blessed coming in and going out. And thru every situation that we face, We will grow stronger and be filled with HIS faith. We will see mountains conquered and valleys gone thru. We will rest in His love and Presence.

Let us make the commitment to be the Light of Christ here and in everything we do.

And by all means...pull up that chair. put the throw over ya and have that cocoa and the goodies set before you. They are all calorie free. share a laugh with us and a story please.

HI Porch Friends & Good Morning

I have been round the porch, Turned The Lights OFF, Turned The Coffee Maker ON, Left The Heaters ON, Plumped UP The Cushions.

Praise God for his faithfullness.

I wil try & Watch The God Channel.

The weather This Morning is leaden grey clouds it could rain not very inspiring.

Ah what a blessing to have another year to do something signifcant for God in.

The prime rib I had last night was wonderful. It was good to spend time with hubby and the kids and know that they are serving God and all. Do continue to pray for my daughter. She is improving but still not breathing well. She was much sicker than she realized.

and do say a prayer for my neighbors across the street. They need God's wisdom and intervention in some things.

Happy New Year Porch peeps. (all 3 of us!!)

We must try to get others to come here i think.

We had the family here for lunch today, it has been quite busy keep catering for full family affairs so I am quite tired, and relieved that we have a quiet few days to come. I love my family dearly but need my space too.

So for this year i really want to get back to going to church more regularly we slipped a bit the last few so its time to start properly.

Yes You will feel better as you get more active in church going. It is amazing what God can do thru others and tell ya when you meet with His People.

Yeah..we do gotta get a few more here.

Hubby has been freezing all day. It is currently 30f here. That is not nearly as cold as in the eastern part of our state. I am not interested in that kind of cold. Or the kind that is running rampant about Michigan and such place. Nope.

Hi Porch Friends & Good Evening.

I have been round the porch, turned the lights ON, turned THE coffee Maker OFF, Left the heaters ON, Swept It OUT.

I did not watch the god channel it was part way through a conference so I tuned to discovery saw a program about Airbus 380 which was intersting. And Tonight I am posting late as we watched two programs about a couple of comics and later bits from thier shows and comics saying nice things about them - there humour is still funny though one of the double act died in 1984.

wheather has been about the rain we had though it has stopped now.

Lord Jesus would you please touch anybody reading this wether posters or folk peeping at it.

Hi Hi Hi...

So nice to have my computer back! Had a nice weekend so far. Was able to watch a New Year's Eve Firstfruits conference from Glory of Zion...and then today I spent the day watching one of their all day classes. My brother came for dinner and we exchange Christmas gifts. He did not feel like coming last weekend. I made pork tenderloin...it was very tasty.

So now...I need to go about cleaning up the kitchen a little more....then I think I'm heading off to bed.

Good evening everyone, hope you all had a good day.

David I watched the programmes on eric and ernie too last night, i thought the drama about their early lives very good - did you?

I have a really bad chest and throat, can hardly talk there are so many colds ad flu going around although it feels like hte same one apparently we get re infected continuously at this time of year

We had a nice lunch today, my sister and her hubby came round, and we exchanged christmas gifts, as there was too much snow around christmas for them to be able to get here, she went to our mums grave to put some things on it, and the flowers i planted in october for mums birthday are still flowering so that is good despite the snow.

last day of holidays tomorrow, back to work tuesday, i am ready to go back have been off since the 23rd so had a good long Christmas break this year.

Yes We Watched as well it was an intresing program as the one after was. tonight we watched the Christmas Programe it was as funny now as orignally there humour never dies does it. Tonight I was having belly laughs at it. Eric coming in said by what it is cold enough out there the brass foundrys will be out of work, HE HE HE, a throw away line that I heard.

The weather here is chilly but no snow or rain though there was grey leaden clouds in the distance.

Oh Lord shower your spirit on everone that reads this.
