Tuna salad sandwich on pumpernickel for lunch and just finished the chicken noodle soup for supper.

There was left over stew for today. I made it with diced pork loin chops, which I never did before. I was surprised, it was good!I was going to make beef stew but forgot to buy the stew meat

I made chicken and rice soup for my lil sickie today. My lil guy is home from school with a cold.
I, on the other hand, defrosted some fish stew that my Uncle made...which, surprisingly enough, is really good.

Beef stew with fresh biscuits right out of the oven...nothing like watching the butter slowly melt on a hot biscuit.
