I do have the recipe for the sausage here somewhere. When my grandparents emigrated from the Ukraine, most of the village came and settled in the same area. The women made pierogies like a well-oiled machine, with the recipe written upon their hearts.

Tonight's dinner is salmon patties and lobster bisque.
