non-stick pans
Giving up non-stick frypans has not been has hard as I originally thought. I've realized that non-stick pans have turned us into lazy cooks where we have forgotten how to properly sear meat and cook eggs. I am not missing them one bit!

I gave them up years ago...
...I find that a well-seasoned cast iron skillet or a stainless steel skillet work perfectly fine.

I was just checking out the Calphalon. Wow those are high. Guess I'll stick with the other non stick. I never did like cast iron.
