Udi's Gluten Free Bread

I don't know if any of you are gluten intolerant or know someone who is...but here is some real good info.

I have spent a good bit of money trying expensive gluten free breads and ahted them all..I stopped trying years ago.

Last week we had a 'lunch and learn' and the food was catered. I had contacted the sponsor and told them I was gluten intolerant so they sent me a menu to 'build a sandwich' and could choose gluten free bread or just no bread...I opted to try the bread out of curiosity...OMG! You would have thought I had died and gone to Heaven...I had a corned beef SANDWICH...

I called the caterer and got the brand..then did an online search and found they had the product in my primary grocery store....

So over the weekend I had toast for breakfast, a peanut butter sandwich, a fried egg sandwich and a tuna sandwich!

Trust me, this is really good bread...it is soft and pliable...just like wheat bread...

So if you know someone...and they don't know about Udi's...tell them...

They also have hamburger and hotdog buns so I am getting those ...will also try the muffins...

Udi's is indeed more palatable than most.. :)
So is Rudi's, and they are also putting out buns now . YAY!!! :)
The blue label is gluten AND corn free.. so my son can have that one. :)
Things have gotten better over the years. You might try "Living Without" they have a magazine
and a website. We've gotten several decent recipes there.
