I've been trying to tell believers for YEARS about the dangers of yoga, that it's spiritual, no matter how you justify it as "just exercise." Most of them refuse to hear. When our pastor speaks out against it, people think he's being legalistic.

I sometimes incorporate Pilates (which I'm told that some of the positions resemble Yoga), into my exercise regimen. But I haven't experienced anything but tighter muscles and better posture.![]()

Any thoughts on Martial Arts ?
One thing that bothers me a lot is that people who are into Yoga do get results in terms of physical fitness while many of us in the church , battle weight issues. Are we dropping the ball in that regard?
As in Failing to be good witnesses?
