I received the legend of Sigurd and Gudrun by J.R.R Tolkien a few days ago and have started reading it yesterday.

Right now I'm reading the book called Redemption by Karen Kingsbury.
I am reading Charismatic Central
I haven't really gotten very far yet. I still busy with the introduction which is already fascinating. It is vital to read this introduction, because it will definitely help one to have a better understanding. It's not that easy to read (at least not for me), but it is very well written. I will be going through it quite slowly. I will also re-readthe hobbit soon. I kind of read Narnia, the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings one after the other almost every year.

I just finished The Hobbit. It was good, and it made me eager for the release of the movie (Dec 14), but I didn't think it was near as good as the LOTR trilogy. But I'm eager to see how they transfer this to the big screen.
I agree about Tolkein - you must read the intros! My DD is going to university now, and I might ask to borrow the book (Sigurd & Gudrun) in the near future.
