Well It seems that every time that I talk to God it is all about attitude. My attitude and my reaction to others's attitude. I have to say that it gets old. Cause I never ever seem to learn. At least it sure seems that way to me.
I am really glad that God is patient with me. I would have killed me and left me along side the road for the crows to eat. But HE just keeps dealing with me. He keeps telling me that "things" will not make me happy. That I need joy not happy anyway. ...

Soften My heart Lord. Keep me gentle. Let me learn to love and to forgive. Make me a blessing Lord to all. Let me see my actions thru the eyes of others. Let my words be sweet. For I might have to eat them.
Oh God Help me to stop to think before I speak or type. Let me never knowingly hurt another.

It is cold and it is damp and it is dark. But help me to remember that You are the light. Of my life and of the World. Do not focus on the sin and the trials and the dark ...

Well...You never get too old to learn and grow. And it is just as painful and takes just as long as when You were a kid.
It seems that We come around to those certain issues time and time again until we truly cement it as part of us. We really have to be willing to surrender..even our comfort and sanity it feels like sometimes.
Weaknesses are no fun. Especially when they seem to catch you at all the times that You don't need them to. I guess the thing is , We must pay attention ...

Hm.....Seems like lately I am spending a lot of time finding my way thru the darkness and confusion and the clamor of life. Listening for the Lord's voice amongst the noise that is daily life and all of the things I set in motion can be hard.

God finds some interesting ways to get my attention. Things that Jerry says and things I read and cd's he sends and of course my children. Maybe they are grown but they speak so into my life. I need to Love more and worry less;bless more and ...

I just finished reading "The Happy Intercessor" by Beni Johnson. And for the first time in a long time I began to be really hungry for my calling and for His Presence there.
My life as a Christian and an intercessor should be one filled with joy and great happiness and glee at the thought of hearing HIS heartbeat and praying that to change things and lives.
The presence of God and His Joy should just roll over us like a wave. It should crash over the junk in our lives and ...
